Our Story
A Connection to Maui That Changed Everything
Dreams Come True on Maui began with a simple visit to the island in 1989. Like so many travelers who experience Maui for the first time, Tom and Denise immediately fell in love with its natural beauty, warm ocean air, and peaceful island lifestyle. But for them, Maui became more than just a vacation destination. It became a place they would continue returning to year after year.
In 1995, the couple returned to Kihei to be married on the beach, making a promise that one day they would build a life together here on Maui. What started as a dream slowly turned into a plan through years of hard work, return visits, and a deep connection to the island and its people.
Today, Dreams Come True on Maui reflects that journey. More than just a Maui vacation rental, it’s a place created with care, hospitality, and a genuine love for sharing the island experience with others.

Turning a Dream Into Reality
After years of visiting Maui and dreaming of a new life on the island, Tom and Denise made the decision to leave their mainland careers behind and move to Kihei in 2002. Soon after, Dreams Come True on Maui was born, inspired by their love for the island and their passion for welcoming guests from around the world.
Their vision was simple: create a peaceful and personal Maui stay that feels warm, relaxing, and authentic. More than just a place to stay, they wanted guests to experience the comfort of home while discovering the beauty and spirit of Maui.
